Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience
    Relevant University degree is preferable
  • Experience in Human Resource management principles, processes and systems is an advantage
  • Experience in the implementation of software systems (preferably in the HR and/or Learning environment)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good project planning skills
  • Business analysis experience in the HR and/or Learning
  • Management environment
  • System analysis experience
  • Proficient in software tools such as Visio, Powerpoint, Word, Project, Excel

Job Specification

You will be part of a team of Implementation Consultants. You will also work closely with the software development team.

You will be responsible for:

  • Facilitate workshops with clients to implement our software products based on client business requirements
  • Consult clients on their HR and Learning processes
  • Compile business requirement and process specifications
  • Compile system design specifications
  • Manipulate client data (in MS Excel) in order to import into the software
  • Assist in testing the developed software according to specification
  • Deployment and configuration of the software at clients
  • Develop training manuals
  • Train users on system functionality
  • Provide post implementation support
